We make every effort to display our products, colours, fragrances, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However, slight variations may occur because of the handcrafted nature of our products, lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise specified. Prices, offers, and product availability may change without prior notice. Orders are subject to successful payment and confirmation.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to review and cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other legitimate reasons. If payment has been collected for an order that is cancelled by us, the applicable refund will be initiated.

Customers wishing to request an order cancellation should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including brand names, logos, product photographs, descriptions, graphics, and other creative material, belongs to Velvetine Soirée or its respective rights holders and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
